Material Development and Testing

Directed by a PhD and one of the industries most respected specialist, our R&D group is constantly investigating new materials, processes and technologies to increase product performance while reducing weight and cost. 

Product development and validation is facilitated by Mexmil’s in-house laboratory which has been approved by the FAA, Airbus and Boeing.  The lab has all necessary environmental, flammability and physical test apparatus to conduct the rigorous tests required by the airframe and industry requirements. 

Equipment is calibrated on a routine basis and your confidence is justified by the internal, FAA, Airbus and Boeing audits that are conducted on a regular basis.
