Mr. Haase has more than 20 years of experience leading global organizations in the aerospace and communications industries.  At Mexmil, in addition to establishing and executing the long term strategic goals of the company, he is accountable for the operational performance of the company. 13; Mr. Holland has more than 15 years of sales and marketing management experience in the aviation interiors products and service industry.  For Mexmil he is responsible for the complete customer satisfaction life-cycle with management responsibility for global sales, marketing, customer support and program management activities. Mr. Gresher is a seasoned financial executive having held leadership positions both domestically and internationally. Within Mexmil he is responsible for all financial and IT operations of the company.
